Through any door-to-door delivery service (DDP), including Correo Argentino (Argentine Post).

The only shipping method authorized by the contest is through the official postal service of the country of origin, via the EMS system (ems.post).

When filling out the shipping form (EMS)

State the shipping details, number of containers and total liters. (1 sample = 2 containers, 2 samples = 4 containers; liters depend on the container size).

Declare the total shipment value based on the number of containers (€1 per container). Example: 2 samples / 4 containers → declare € 4.

Don't forget to attach the chemical analyses and the proforma invoice, in duplicate: one copy inside the box and another outside.

Containers must be labeled with a sticker reading: "Samples with no commercial value, not for sale".

Very important: contact the organization to confirm the coordinates and the correct shipping method, to avoid customs issues — info@olivinus.com.ar

Do not use courier

Shipments by courier (TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) are not accepted. Bringing in more than two (2) EVOO containers by courier is regulated by ANMAT (INAL), which triggers agency intervention and additional customs broker fees. For this reason, OLIVINUS is not responsible for samples that arrive by courier.
